Don,My negativity is with those who are starting out, have no assets and buy it in their personal name and then transfer it to a LLC that has a holding company LLC etc.

There will never be homes built behind this lot since the power company has an easement for lines behind the trees.We have to move out of state due to my husband’s work.

And the paperwork can always be done by the Realtor on the other side, they are always anxious to help out as long as you sign the agency paper.The problem can arise if you don't have a Realtor and the other party doesn't either....who does the MLS paperwork?
