My contract date to closing with said company is February 29.

A little about myself: I am a veteran, am currently in school and have a media production company!

We get leads to our Lead Propeller site which is a similar company to Carrot.

There are about ten hard money companies that will at low loan to value with high interest rates.

This is not a sound investment to make as it would not cash flow positively (with property management company, reserves for repairs and vacancy, etc.).

But do I then worry about hedge funds and large investment type companies as my competition in a market like that?

Plenty of others around and 1000s of smaller companies with 200-300 employees have moved here as well.

A 60 day notice was to be delivered upon signing of the contract and putting in the $10k hard EMD with the title company (which was written on the assignment contract and never completed).
