If you want to set yourself apart, be courteous and professional and respect their time.Their main concern would be people looking in medicine cabinets for drugs and in dressers for jewelry.

Also you have mentioned all kinds of restrictions and set backs such as hurricanes and so... since we are talking about flipping and not buy and hold, do you still think those will have the same significance? 

We don't live close enough to set traps and dispose of mice ourselves, is there some legitimate way to permanently deter mice from entering other than a team of cats?
