Not specific to those areas since it is virtual, but coming up in a few weeks so may be worth checking out. 

I'm going to check out Waterset and keep looking for some actual ICF projects to look at.   

Plus I use them to run the background and credit check as well.

Hi Lara,In theory, everything is possible but, if you want to do that, you'd first have to check whether it's legal.Legal or not though, I don't think it makes much sense for a variety of reasons.

As I said I have already called the town and they said my land is unzoned and I can have 3 mobile homes on the land in theory if everything else checks out.

They would most likely use your liquid assets (cash, stocks, retirement account) to qualify to make sure you have enough for downpayment + closing costs.

Generally it's based on the city, but you'll want to check both city and county. 

I assume the laws are fairly similar in this situation from state to state but I would definitely recommend checking with another source in your area.
