I also had a joint acct with my husband on 2 credit cards which he never paid on time ( i wasnt aware he did this)What is the first thing i need to do to fix this?

If it makes sense, "move back in", claim it as your primary residence, receive mail there, receive voter card there, register your cars there, get a license there, yet vacation in your second home until the primary home sells.Thanks,Jason

China and India are gobbling up alot of construction materials, pushing prices up and with low unemployment, contractors are charging higher rates.
