Sacramento/Rocklin/Roseville CA Property
Hi Everyone,
I am now in a position where I can purchase a property. I'm going through my bank, and the terms have been agreed upon.
I am looking to stay under $250k. I've thought about Rocklin as the best location in the Sacramento area. I'm comfortable with a single family home with a 4/2 or 3/2 setup.
Does anyone have experience in the area that could give me some insight about the market in Rocklin?
Some questions that I have are;
1. Is there much difficulty to find quality tennants?
2. The prices in Roseville are a bit better, is Roseville a nice area to live in as well?
3. I am not in the country at the moment, I will be making a house hunting visit in the next few weeks. What areas do you think that should I visit?
