Yes, exactly..It is really very simple....as long as you have a principal balance (until the loan is completely paid off) interest accrues Every day, of course.If you have a $100,000 balance....loan at 12% (1%/month).... for one month(you pay your loan monthly) the interest due would be $1,000 for that month (approx $33.33/day).If you paid the interest after only 15 days, it would be $500, etc, etc.On a normal amortized loan, you pay the interest due for that month plus some principal.  

Everything is negotiable but NNN normally means taxes, insurance and CAM which is maintenance.

Just the extra earned from these two programs is 1.5x more than the average middle-income earner would normally earn.

In older homes where they just installed forced hot air normally didn’t size for future cooling.

Rental pricing is not quite as good as it would normally be compared to where primary purchase rates are. 

Do you think this is anything to be concerned about or is it better to wait for the normal seasoning period (3 to 6 months). 

STR aka AirBNB Co-cross sex renting is normal and normally no issues... ( all doors have Digital Locks)Recovery homes or Safe houses... etc need to be single sex: dont want sex abused people, or drug recovery, or alcohol recovering mix of sexes in one house...
