They simply don't want to list it and they are perfectly OK to sell below market value as long as the process is fast, cash , hassle free.So this is not opinion... this is DATA.In other words... don't fall intot he list trap.

I told a group of investors - guys like me - on a conference call in 2020 that while (in my belief) it was important to print dollars to keep the country afloat and help people trapped in their homes to have a way to eat, heat their homes, etc., the end result would be inflation. 

Many have lived in the building since it was built in 1993(when I was born).

@David Diez There is so much the central Florida market offers especially as the Orlando/Tampa area converge and more tourist traps....

Check with the neighborhood, but some will allow you to put crab traps in the water even if your property isn't on the shore.

Thanks everyone for your help.Well I hope you do not end up paying more for that insurance policy or being trapped at that carrier forever just because they are are the only one who will place the LLC's name as the primary on the policy...Has anyone verified that this is a real LLC veil-piercing issue, that it has actually been a successful tactic in court?
