Court challenge is delayed (let say for many months) or even losing the case in the initial rounds (lower court) and appeals take many months and again no eviction in 2021.

My plan is to buy a home about 2000 - 2500 square feet on about an acre that has 3 - 4 small guest houses (700 - 800 2 bedroom) around it and another guest quarters for the grounds keeper who lives there permanently and maintains the property year round.

Oh... and definitely have a contract with a contractor in writing, with a bonus $ if he finishes ahead of the agreed-upon timeline, and a $ penalty if he finishes early. :)

Regarding the stock market- While we like the returns in our portfolio we always hedge our bets and only purchase in round lots; then use a straddle strategy to sell covered puts and calls to day traders.
