They need help themselves often times too but without an incident taking place and police called to the scene at the time of the incident you have very few options.

I'm also currently studying for my CA real estate license (was an IL agent 2008-11) and can't wait to jump into the real estate scene in SoCal.  

I think it sends a bad message just like burglar bars do.  

The market in Detroit is great (in my novice opinion lol), so I plan to buy and hold until I'm financially free.I would like own a bar, grocery store, or laundry facility, but for now I just want to build a solid foundation so that can one day be possible.
