Because they will get defensive if they feel you are pressuring them.

I have multiple sets of apartments and an I phone.

I did a 1031 exchange in early 2022 from a single vacation rental I had into two DST's, each are  300 unit Apartment complexes offered by Capital Square. 

I feel like we are being bullied and I don't know if I should call their bluff or cave and use them as to not ruin people's bookings. 

We will not build out the current housing shortage in America with the conventional thinking of the last few decades, it will take a variety of solutions working together.Build apartments, build new manufactured home communities, fill vacant spaces in communities, create more accessory dwelling units, allow for density where it makes sense, and pull out all the stops to fix this crisis.

If it all falls apart then I will replay and share every detail with screenshots and messages within a timeline. 

My $0.02 is that it would be super helpful if your in-laws (or you) set aside a week or 2 to look at apartments in person and apply right away.

As a Landlord who has No Smoking policy, I understand that smoking weed is apart of that but what about Medical Marijuana?

Not everyone chooses this route, but I feel that the money is well spent. 

I’m a little worried when it comes to apartment complexes so I wonder if I should focus on condos or townhomes that way I can speak directly to the owners/ or landlords?
