@Ray Ritchey first thing I'd look at isn't where your marketing but the price of your units, if you give us addresses I'd be happy to take a quick look as I'm familiar with the area.

My agent emails me addresses that fit my criteria, and I "like" them on Zillow, so whenever a price change goes into effect I know about it immediately, usually before it hits MLS.

He fails to provide names and addresses for any of them, so you cannot check if he's lying or legit. 

The main problem with most of the property managers out there, is that they don't have any skin in the game.
