The agent seemed to think he would be fine with it.Hopefully we can work something out, if not i have no problem walking away from it.

I haven't found anyone that seeks out properties that fit my criteria, runs comps, runs rent comps, does the analysis and then presents it to me.

Better or worst condition, amenities, unit size, location, You need to walk the properties and compare or find someone on BP that lives in Desoto and after signing an NDNC may be able to walk the property for you.
