Home building and developments can not be turned on like a light switch, the average development takes at least 2 years MINIMUM of planning and preparation work before a single thing is done on site.

Hi BiggerPockets family,We remodeled a house and now tine to start preparing fir a sell.

Not sure how to navigate it and want to be sure I do this being fully prepared.
