You won't have access to any agent tools, you won't be able to collect a commission and you won't have more control over your deals; what you will have is proof that you are basically a professional real estate investor, and if you break the rules, the law is likely to come down on you harder than if you were just some guy who didn't really know what he was doing.

They called them liar loans and basically they were funded by what you told them you earned and nobody ever questioned it or asked for any proof of income, bank statements or filed taxes.

The "Other Provisions" of the plan says " Debtor shall commence their monthly rent beginning 12/1/2015" which I interpret as full rent will be paid going forward.The Bankruptcy form is a little confusing, in the standard explanations section it says "To be paid, you must file a Proof of Claim even if your claim is listed in the schedules filed by the debtor."
