Kenneth,Definitely local banks are an option but they will max out at 75% LTV and 20 year amortization and will be slow to provide you with an answer.

IMHO, doing it for at least the first year will put you in a much better position to hire a good PM a year later on since you know what will make a good PM, so long as that’s not going to be burn you out or slow down your investor journey.

I am not a CPA, and I don't play one on the internet, so this is just my opinion.That said, with a ROTH IRA, you are allowed to withdraw 100% of your contributions (but not gains made on those contributions).
