California month to month eviction

Picked a bad tenant, they lied their way through screening, paid rent and deposit and haven’t paid rent since. 2.5 months gone by. Hired eviction company to help get rid of them, this help has been limited since property is rural and they don’t have time to make the drive. They gave me, and I posted, “3 day pay or quit” notice. Now it has been 3 days, of course tenant didn’t pay, very unlikely they will challenge the eviction.

What is next step? How long will it take to get them out if they don’t contest.

Thanks
