Looking to connect with a local investor friendly contractor in San Antonio for a project!

Hello Everyone, we are working on our first flip in San Diego and looking for recommendations on affordable staging companies, any recommendations or tips will be very helpful!

I know in the San Francisco Bay Area, it's a lot of track homes and subdivisions so multifamiles are hard to find in a good area. 

I'd like to learn more about how to do creative financing in combination with Brrrr.I'm not sure that there are Brrrr opportunities in the city itself, but I would like to try to find some deals along the I35 corridor, perhaps as far South as San Antonio.I'd also like to meet some folks in the BP community, and in particular if you live in my area and are at about the newbie level like me.Thanks y'all

It can definitely be tough to find deals in San Antonio, but they do exist all over.

Maybe the negativity will drive down prices and one can get a helluva deal...hmmmHey Aaron, I was just in San Antonio yesterday and was amazed at how low of amount of homelessness was in the open public.
