There is a driveway on the other side of my house that is within my property lines, but it only leads to my other neighbors back yard and they are currently using it.

The Austin market was just beginning to pop in this run down neighborhood so much so that after I bought this property, I could have put my own sign in the yard and sold it for 120k in 3 day not doing a damm thing to the property.

Want to hire a minor to clean up yard on a investment property Some basic yard work for cash.

They have all their tools here and a yard full of junk from the gut, however I have only paid a deposit.

You don't really think about the fact that southern states don't have plow trucks, salt yards, city plowing routes, etc. until you get punched in the face by a once in a lifetime (?)
