Back in 2001 I calculated that 19 commercial real estate networking events were being held in Houston Texas monthly, with the number of residential real estate events too numerous to tally.I was an early adapter to the on line world, producing an early website, blogging, utilizing social media, virtual networking events, producing on line seminars all to promote my real estate investments/businesses.I was wondering what everyone else is doing these days with regard to networking.  

They like making both sides of the transaction which will help promote your low offer.Keep in mind the Listing Agent influenced the seller somewhat with respect to the listed price and your low offer negatively impacts the credibility of the Listing Agent.

We had a great realtor and lender if I can be any help with those (and I'm not related to either LOL - so not trying to promote anyone, just offering to help)! 

Overall the chip factory will promote a better economy but it may take time, maybe one or two decades.

Hi Shannon,Given that we are accountants/CPAs, it's against the ToS on BP to advertise/promote our services.

Rents are more fluent than home prices, but before we see rents come down, we will see move in specials and promotions go up.

In my ad copy on Zillow, I am shameless about promoting my apartments.
