Crawlspace vents are a terrible, outdated part of building code that hasn't changed forever.

I use the zillow data files to look at zip code level historical prices.  

I was also advised that Legal aid is soliciting clients outside of the courtroom which is illegal and goes against public policy and their ethics code.

Lastly  I would start comparing purchase prices with monthly  expectations utilizing sites like Airdna which , I believe if you are a pro member there is a code in Bigger pockets resources fo save a few dollars a month for their data.

It's almost a total gut job with some major pieces that will need to be done to bring it up to code.
