First I’d like to thank you for welcoming me.Like I said I’m a real estate broker and with the housing market the way it is I noticed more and more foreclosures so I looked around for a forum about foreclosures and found Biggerpockets, the information that is discussed on this site is exactly what I was looking for but what I Like about it the most is the positive nature everyone seems to have anyhowI’ve been an agent since Feb. 07 but my back ground until then has been new builds and remodeling (construction) my interest in homes started along time ago but know I’m getting away from the physical laborand I want to understand homes a little bit differently.I'm not sure just yet what type of REI but so far I’m trying to get a general understanding of it all but, I do, and will have questions.Any questions feel free to ask, thank you

Oh yea, our week break consisted of working two nights, once because we had a heavy rain and found out a sky light leaks during down pours and another to deal with the thermostat issue listed above.So if this stuff scares you head for another investment, if it doesn't scare you then go for it.
