depends on the market slow markets you need a local agent if its red hot you can list it.FSBO is next to impossible I have found over the years.. unless your wholesaling a house to an investor but if your trying to get market or retail... it need exposrecan you put it on the local MLS ???

It feels like Chicago is constantly growing, and lots of great things are happening especially in the west loop and some of the hot Chicago neighborhoods but it just feels like the middle class is constantly being beat up.

Thinking about it logically, they will only need to spend a few hours MAX to show the place to a few tenants before the place is rented out (in the DC area, so it's hot).
