@Irene Darville I have a construction company and service the Bucks and Philadelphia county area.

Different markets have different details, but on average, I have found that a solid renovation is about 80-100 bucks per square foot. 

The 4 Hour Work Week has a section that takes a deep dive into vetting VA's to get the most bang for your buck, and also ensure productivity.

I think it gives you credibility even though anyone that can fog a mirror and scratch together a few hundred bucks can get licensed.  

Acquisitions $250K to $999K, 8+ units, second tier markets (NC primarily for me), correctable impairments (management issues, primarily) THAT'S where I'm seeing the biggest bang for the buck.

Really great on time, great bang for the buck, and couldn't be happier with the communication and speed.
