Should I invest in Florida or other areas?
Hello everyone. I have acquired approximately $150 - $200k that I would like to use to invest in real estate. I prefer multi unit properties but would consider single family homes if the deal is right. I am looking to buy and hold in areas that are growing so that, hopefully, the properties will appreciate. I live in Naples, FL but this area is too rich for my blood. Are there areas in Florida where I can still get some bang for my buck in Florida or should I look at other parts of the country?
Thank you all in advance!
