If you can make it work with 3.5% down, you could save that money you would have spent for repairs or upgrades to increase the value of the home or even buy another one. 

I have read some books and spent countless hours on here as well as youtube trying to educate myself in all that is wholesale.

I've spent quite a bit of time on BP in the last several weeks, and noticed far more incidences of newbies starting strong and burning out/quitting than I have successes, and I thought 90% was a pretty accurate estimate, if not conservative.

I spent about $8k and a few weeks getting it ready.

Tell me about it Yvette I get so confused on the free advice Im thinking about Jack Bosch course also I saw a webinar and it sounds like it teaches you from buying Tax Lien buying from A-Z but I know from experience there is always a up sale or something you dont find out about until after you have spent your hard earned money. 

I've already spent a lot of hours on this and I'm afraid I'm just getting started...Has this happened to anyone else?
