And I do realize this is a buy and hold site primarily and that speculation is gambling and well that's all we do is build spec homes which is short for speculation homes :) But there are calculated risks we all must take.And yes the BRRR that is so highly touted while a old strategy VERY old is certainly feasible but very very Risky to try to do it from OOS and create some team of people yo just met on the internet, So like everything there will be winners and losers.

Not sure why anyone would ask this question on the internet seems that if you got a license in the first place you would know to ask your broker this simple question or read the MLS rules or call MLS directly.. it will be different i am sure for each MLS as they are independent throughout the US>
