After my military career, I intend to live in the Houston suburbs.

It took a little extra effort on my end to make contact with a person, but once I did, in the matter of a day, I was able to not only speak with someone that had the details of the business, but also to setup (on very short notice) a meeting with the Houston office. 

Houses are cheap down there (at least compared to Houston) and as long as you purchase with the house as an investment property in mind you should be able to do alright.

I'm a single father, a consultant by day, an aspiring real estate mogul in Kingwood TX (Houston) and Austin.Through the insanity of the pre-collapse mortgage lending, I bought my first house in Austin back in 2003 when I was 18 with no credit.

Just looking for feedback about this club.  I'm not interested in the RICH Club and I'm currently a member of LU.  Thought about Right Path RE club but they seem to be geared toward flipping.  I like buy and hold.

I've bought right in houston and have been an appreciation investor out there.

The areas I have researched are Texas, Nashville, Colorado, which have come off proposed deals from a successful pair of investors I know based in Houston.
