Im usually not one to rush processes because its not healthy.

It's more about creating heaven on earth... creating a life and lifestyle that is my own private version and vision of a heaven on earth.

@Frank Pulice rent it out, especially since you can get a healthy rent amount because it's newly renovated and in the summer.

I think I’m still at least a year out from calling it quits…w2 gets me access to loans and money, also seeds a lifestyle and creates a buffer.

I'm reasonably healthy, smart when it comes to finances, and have the ability to help others with my skills and to me that would be a hell of a thing to waste.
