David Greene's BRRRR book is fantastic and he goes into detail on how to do it successfully.

On the plane ride over, I had the pleasure of sitting next to author William Green and we had a wonderful conversation.

The city code and property zoning allows for it and I have already discussed the initial conversion plans with the zoning department who, as long as permits are pulled and its built to code, have given the  green light to proceed verbally and via email.

I will borrow from David Greene's logic here and pose 2 questions:1) Is Tucson a market where you want to have continued exposure?

I've read most of the books by Brandon Turner and Dan Greene, and I'm ready to drive into this Real Estate investing and buy my first rental property.
