I feel those that were doing it for kindness was also doing it with naivety; they probably never foresaw a case where their kindness would make it difficult to sell their property at comp value.when rent control passes, rents go up.

I believe amenities and nicer fixtures brings in a nicer class of tenants and helps the units rent faster.

Which in turn will bring plenty of other investors and general business to the area.

The property currently brings in $2150 with the smaller 2 units rented.

My gut feeling is that the county and perhaps other lien holders that I'm not aware of, have harassed him in the past.

Such as walking the property only one time with the buyer who must bring their inspector.I want to sell the property.
