Who holds the majority of corporate 'junk' debt?

It would be beneficial to know if any big corporations or businesses coming to Chicago??

I want to go with Corporate Rentals with like extended short term that are 30 days or longer with things like Nurses, FDIC Agents, Oil Workers, you know those people who have to go into a hotspot to make things right and get paid BIG BUCKS for what they do and pay for like 3 months at a time. 

However you also run the risk of piercing the corporate veil by having your personal credit on the line.

I have a good lead from DF$ but it is owned by an LP an I am not sure how to or if I can wholesale this property.

I was up against a hard date to relocate, dwindling time in corporate housing and warehouse storage, and not many options in the housing market at the time to choose from.

A friend recommended to purchase the actual corporation which owns the asset.

Sometimes this works in my favor since I'm not just a "corporate" entity that they feel OK with stiffing vs. a "real" person.

And yes, many buyers will do the loan under their name and move to S Corp or LLC after closing, not sure on the fee, it cant be much

Also, the reporters and the corporate guests have probably had their hotels booked for the past year.
