The service and utilities side will not stop because they're absolutely essential to public health and safety. 

Discretionary spending for exotic locations would be the first to be cut by consumers but travel for holidays, work, and family visits would likely be prioritized, making STRs in more accessible locations more likely to be booked.

The housing collapse from a decade ago, people thought was the worst recession since the great depression, but completely gloss over the early 80s recession where unemployment reached higher levels, and without the kind of social safety net we had in 2008.  

So happy that real estate transactions have been incorporating technology to always stay on the cutting edge of telecommunications.

This morning my wife woke up suggested we cut our losses and let this one go until things start to look normal again.

With that being said, if this happened in one of our units and you were a good tenant with a good history and it was an honest mistake I would require you to attend weapon safety remedial training before allowing your lease to continue, if you refused we would terminate your lease.

I was curious to know what actual or potential impact (if any) the current COVID-19 pandemic, Fed rate cuts, etc. would have on "hard money" lending and borrowing?
