He is calling it a Fire Sale🔥🚒 BUT his asking price is $1 Million for a former school building.

As a landlord, how specific do you get and at what point, if any, does tenant become responsible fro treating the issue (other than communicating to the landlord of issues). 

Or even building rapport on the phone?

No matter how much new build there is, location will always insulate the older properties;  and fully rehabbed older properties are in fierce demand right now.  

I own a retail building with a partner under an LLC. 

We're building an ADU and they don't like it.

I have about 3 years of experience flipping and building houses, as well as an associates degree in a trade, about 2 years of drywall/paint experience, around 1 year of commercial/residential electric experience, and about 3 years of landscaping experience. 

They are only building 3 new hotels for this park so demand will increase near it for STRs.

I would like to start working on a current project I have been trying to close off buying raw land in the center or Weslaco City to potentially subdivide and build.
