Introduction New member

Hello, 

Hope everyone has had a great day I wanted to take some time to introduce my self as I am a new member to the community and excited to get started in my real-estate journey. My name is Joshua Ibarra born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, and I currently have one single family rental. I would like to start working on a current project I have been trying to close off buying raw land in the center or Weslaco City to potentially subdivide and build. Any guidance or help in also getting my second single or multifamily deal would be greatly appreciated.
