We never accept partial payment for a resident in eviction status.Technically I did not except it, they used the rent redi app and made a partial payment, I should have turned it off.

I know we can lock the iPad into a single app (kinda like a demo mode in a store), but I have no clue what app to use that would both load to a predictable page, and have screens that are editable via the internet. 

To document things, I always take photos with the time stamp app which gives you great evidence to use in court.

Haven't tried it...but it does look promising if you're going to be the only person controlling the lock (ie guests won't need access to the app). 

'Application' in our terminology is our own app where we get D/L, SSI, employment, rental history etc.

I'm thinking some apps can do monthly rentals, but what else would help to increase demand? 

I probably would have received over a hundred applications from prospects who only had to hit a button if I had allowed zillow applicants to submit an app without showing.
