It's 7:30 am here, and I've been up all night prepping for drywall on a Kitchen rebuild on my own house (tent/tarp city now). 

@Rhett Tullis, Can you expand on the hoops of Del City?

Until the dumpster arrived I told them to pile it in the back yard (p.s this won’t make your city happy, but if you’re nice to them, they will play nice back) I filled up the 40 cubic yard dumpster easily and kept the smaller dumpster and have had that emptied several times.

Now I've decided to find long term tenants and rent it out.Does anyone know a good property management company in Atlantic County (Atlantic City area) that handles single family homes?

Fairly new to BP and have a question for those who may be familiar with converting a Legal 2 family (multi-family) home to a Legal 3 family home.Does anyone know what is the process for doing this conversion in NJ (Jersey City) to be specific?

I don't want to get into a situation where I've bought the property and the city won't allow me to add the units. 

The area is in the middle of a few larger cities to include Springfield, MO and Lake of the Ozarks.

I have been in real estate for a year now and I love it but I want to take it further I want to make a name for myself here in the city that I love so much.

I'm interesting in looking at markets in other cities and would like to get involved in multi-family properties and as I continue to learn begin innovating.The ultimate goal for me, like with many, if not most, others, is to attain financial independence as well as security.I'm super excited to get involved and learn as much as I can within this wonderful community!
