I've called through at least a dozen banks and credit unions - and so far PenFed is the only place I've found, but their rates for non-owner-occupied are significantly higher.

Records show it is owner occupied but who knows there could be a tenant there...I hope to have a cash for keys deal done but want to get started on judicial evictions ASAP in case it doesn't work out.

BUT I was also told that given the fact that both of the police officers to whom I had spoke knew of the previous owner and the company they kept (small town), that there is a "good chance" meth was used in the home.What do I do with this information?
