I personally wouldn't spend any time looking there just because it is such a war zone, and takes a certain type of investor to want to be there.I can't link them from the IPAD, but if you google the county name along with- property appraiser office, and Official Records Search you'll find them.

I may be mistaken but the only costs I'm aware of with the setting up of the LLC are the annual report fees that you have to file once a year which are around $200 if I'm not mistaken.
