The only time this causes me grief is when I place a tenant in the winter months, because normally I would roll a lease to a little longer than 12 months to get a lease expiration date in a more desirable month. 

Will you it as a get away during the winter.

I would be very curious how cou ties like Fremont and Teton county and other counties do with extreme winters, as many people who move to those areas decide they can’t handle that weather 12 months per year.

I know that summer and winter months are most popular.

Or they might look but still compare the price to the alternatives that they are happy buying.A bottle of water in the winter when there is no shortage has a value.

They all interpret codes differentily.So first permit is sanitary, I had to spend a little time with excavator/septic contractor on design during the winter down time,we had our design ready to go and had the permits without question.Next permit was land use.
