Their pitch is great, but I'm wondering if anyone can attest to the 50/50 split, did you feel the net profit was fair, were there any additional or increased fees tacked on at the end to take away from the net profit... and if you feel that the value you get from them is worth the investment?

I am asking the same question and would love hear your experience with it and how you went about it in the end and if it was all worth it. 

.- Now looking to sell around 600k (redfin says its worth over 650k, not sure), with 3.3% 30yr fixed loan w 285k loan still, looking for around 315k+ profit.

This means that it's no longer worth paying the mortgage in this way because of the 2.85% fee, but it certainly is worth putting any and all expenses you can on the card.
