I wonder what investors offer as a means not to have the sellers pay the gain all at once. etc. 

Do any realtors or investors know of any properties in west palm, Stuart, Lauderdale for house hacking?

Rookie investor here who just recently discovered bigger pockets and am all in. short backstory of where im at and how i got here. 

Any investors here have experience doing this and/or have referrals of real estate attorneys and title companies familiar with this strategy?

If you really want to become a note investor you need to educate yourself.

I have been attending Space Coast Investors, at 524 N Harbour City Blvd the second Wed of the month at 6:30.  

That is the issue, I did not feel that I was provided enough specific details, so that is why I was reaching out on this forum to see if anyone has had any direct investor experience with them or any other operator who has deals that are not working out as planned so that perhaps we can learn from whatever mistakes may have been made.
