When you are placing a new tenant and signing al ease in the winter months, it's bound to be trouble for everybody.Nobody wants to move all their belongings when it's cold outside.

Now is a good time to buy, as the winter months typically slow down active buyers which makes sellers more motivated.

This was a Huge remodel but it was fun!

And also, the bank has the right to accelerate, but they ALSO usually have the right not to accelerate and to just raise your interest rate significantly for the rest of the term while tacking on all kinds of fun fees. 

They are pretty fun to negotiate as well I feel like.

They also try to include articles, pictures, and other "fun" stuff that people like to see on Facebook.
