I suspect it has eliminated virtually all tenant applications from tenants with bogus ESAs.for ESAs, I have much stricter rules in my non-pet units (which have no private yard).

It's their game at that point and your hands will be tied.An insurance company will write virtually any policy, the main question is will they pay it if a claim is made?

In a quick member search (top right of your screen with magnifying glass icon) searching for "members" and "Alabama" I got hundreds of hits.I also recommend you find local real estate meet ups (in person or virtual) and start there as well.

Going virtual is definitely nice both from a time saving stand point and also from an accounting stand point.
