Killer attention to details. 

Indiana, Ohio, and Missouri are getting attention from value investors lately.

Anything related to water, gas, electric, and heat/AC ALWAYS needs immediate PROFESSIONAL attention.

Also, being located at a dead end street that leads to the main road, is another BIG attention grabber.

All I know is I have a stellar management system, high demand in amazing tenants, the ability to design a room (I am a designer so I pay a lot of attention to detail), can create quick profit forecasts to find out how much a potential property can make (I know my area well since I was born there). 

Sometimes it's easier to sue if you can't get the servicer's attention.

I pay attention to the multi-unit properties daily.

I do have to thank that silly Than Merrill radio commercial that caught my attention when I needed it most (wife was freshly preggers and our finances were in the crapper) to getting me motivated enough to show up and learn enough to go out and start "crushing it."

I lived at Reunion for a year thats  a very nice development gold course lake etc.. suggest you focus your attention there if you want to build new construction.. forget about Jackson proper...
