Hi All,The download link for Video 2: How to build your "real estate road map" is not working.

You can never rent from them and use the excuse that you didn't know about a rule, how something worked (they have videos of everything on YouTube), etc.

I have been reading and watching videos about the purchase agreement, but I do not know how to word good exit strategies.

Anyone who says "I can help" without signing a buyer agency agreement, I'd get extreme clarity on what their fees are going to be and what exactly they are going to do to "help" you, as they aren't legally representing you.

I’ve been reading lots of books, listening to podcasts and watching YouTube videos .

I was thinking the 2-4 units at first but then I watched some video that said consider 5 units.

after going through all their videos, resources and other benefits becomes hard to justify it.The best part is their annual ACRE meeting (in Vancouver, Calgary or Edmonton as far as the West Coast) but you could attend as a non member.

Any clarity will help.

I would most likely need video or photo proof of the dealing happening.
