What I am seeing is state after state starting to actually enforce the selling RE without a license laws.I am a broker in CA as well and there is a tab right on the CBRE front page to make a complaint of anyone you suspect as selling RE without a license.. this of course includes anyone posting a craiglist ad showing the home describing bed bath etc.what are your takes on this as it affects how you teach your students ... or do you think just wing it until you get a cease and desist ???

Accounting classes will only teach how to make journal entries and balance your books if you work at a company (nothing wrong with that).

Mentors are infinitely valuable, so yes finding them is always worth it.
