But if you list the house for sale with pictures on a public forum like that I would think it's going to be pretty hard to convince a governing body that you're just assigning a contract and not practicing real estate without a license. 

Purchase price: $65,000 Cash invested: $65,000 This is an upper level, carriage unit condo in a gate community with a 1 car garage with direct access. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry.

I like the area around Norris Square Park (West Kensington) and prices for fixer uppers are mostly under $100k.

Look into a 203k loan if you want to buy a fixer upper.

Any body have experience with morris invest turnkey company. 

Hard money lenders are a common way of financing fixer upper properties.

I am looking for a home that is mostly cosmetic work and nothing structurally as it's my first investment property that I plan on living in for at least a year before I try to rent it out.The goal is to purchase a cosmetic fixer-upper using an FHA 203k loan, after living in it for a year, look to rent it out and continue onto the next project and learn as I go.Please and thank you!!!
