I thought this COULD NOT BE THE REAL REASON and that she was wasting my time and asked to talk to her supervisor.Another hour spent with the supervisor, she had a different diagnostic after a long review : she referred to the same section but said It's because I implicitly DISCOURAGE my guests to use the instant booking!

You'll typically have a lot of tenant challenges not to mention that you're maintenance and CAP Ex expenses will be a much higher percent of your gross income due to the fact that it costs as much to fix a leaky faucet or replace a furnace on a property renting for $900 as it does on one renting for $600.

In order to gain control of the property and to have a structure to attract more investors I'd like to have a record of assets that are owned by the company, which becomes difficult when the titles do not reference the company or any relationship with the company.
