I would love any tips or tricks of the trade of flipping.

The house is very 1970's and needs a LOT of cosmetic stuff but nothing major other than replacing 2 decks.

Also, it seems to me the market for condo's is slowing down a little, and the rental market is improving a little.So, after all that, anybody have any thoughts, tips, or advice?
